i love the zoo!!

i went to the granby zoo the other day with my little boy, bigger little boy, youngest brother in law and furture sister in law. i was pretty excited about going to the zoo before i even got there but once i got there and saw just how huge it was i was freaking out like a kid on their birthday! the drive was a little far and it took about an hour to get there but it was well worth the time. we saw some elephants, giraffes, zebras, gorillas, lions, ostriches...and that was only in the africa area! i'm definately gonna go back there for another trip with a better camera *i finally bought the camera i wanted from the last post*.

here i am with my sweet pea! i know he looks a bit like a racoon but he fell on his face while running the other day and he ended up with a bump on the forehead and two black eyes. i also know that i shouldn't be holding him while 8 months pregnant but whatever...just don't let my mom find out.

the flamingos were so pretty too! i've never seen real ones before and when they were sleeping they kinda looked like the fake plastic ones you buy from ghetto decoration stores.

this attention seeking giraffe came right up to the deck where we were eating and we were this close to it! it was so close i could smell how bad he stunk!!

we also saw a whole bunch of other animals but i'm too lazy to post all of them. if anyone visits montreal in the non freezing months you should totally go to the granby zoo! it's pretty freaking awesome! we're planning on doing another trip to the lion safari thing but i don't think it's gonna be as cool as this trip. we're probably gonna go next week so i'll post about that soon!

moving moving moving

everything's been so hectic lately since i'm moving but it's good hectic so that's alright. it's my first time setting up a home and i never realized how much stuff there is to do. Plus i have waaay too much stuff and i don't know how i'm gonna make it all fit, along with my hubby's stuff and all the baby things. it's pretty amazing how disgustingly dirty some people live, i've been mainly focusing on cleaning the kitchen, bathroom and a bit of the sunroom but it's all filthy! every single kitchen cabinet has crumbs or disgusting jelly streaks! how do people live like that! geeez this is where you keep all your food! please keep it a little more sanitary people! the kitchen is freaking huge though with so many cabinets and a pantry. yah pantry! anyway enough about my new kitchen, i'll post some pictures later once i've finished cleaning and the appliances have arrived.

this is my new fridge! i love it!! new appliances are the shit!

since my hubby went out of town for a guy's trip i figured it was the best time to shop and save myself from going mental with boredom. i got the lyna pearl cream that everyone raves about, but i'm kinda scared of using it cause it smells like ass! (old lady purfumed ass) i also got the breane (possible spelling error) in yellow and green because another blogger says it's actually better than lyna and it was cheaper which is redunkulous since it was only 2 something per container. i've never put such cheap skin care products on my face and i'm worried that it'll destroy the many years of hard work i've spent taking care of my skin. i think that's it for skin care products but i also bought some make up and bags and a pair of shoes. ladyjane informed me that coastal scents finally had some eyeshadow pallets in stock so i bought the 88 shimmery pallet and the neutral pallete. i haven't touched either one of them and they're packed away in boxes right now but i can't wait to play with them! i ordered the 120 eyeshadow pallete from ebay but it's sitting at the post office waiting for me to pick it up.

ladyjane - do some looks with your neutral and 120 palletes please i'm so lost with all these pretty colors

my camera is still missing and i haven't installed photoshop so i won't be able to post any pictures of my sexy new shoes that i won't be wearing till at least january or my new bags. don't you hate it when your important stuff goes missing? right now i'm missing my camera and my crystal bracelet that my mom bought me from hong kong. those babies better not have hidden my stuff again. it's really not a fun game for mommy to dig through the toy boxes looking for tiny things. i think with the new baby coming i should finally cave and buy the canon rebel xsi.

it's pretty huge and intimidating so i won't be able to carry it around in my purse day to day but it's freaking cool! the picture quality is supposed to be awesome too and it's on sale at future shop. i can't say no to a sale!! we'll see though, furnishing a new house is a lot of money so it might not be a good idea to make any unnecessay extravagant purchases right now. i'm a really easy sale so if i go into future shop to get our new tv i'll probably end up buying this too. i kinda want this too but it'll be stupid to buy it since i already have the dyson ball animal vac back in vancouver that i should have shipped here.

so tired!

welcome back mama pham! it's amazing how i'm the ultimate in cool and i welcome myself back to my own blog because i've been so incredibly lazy and borig that i haven't updated i a really long time. it's the first time in weeks that it hasn't rained in montreal which is really really exciting to me because i can wear flip flops again! yah! i know i'm pathetic but being 6.5 months pregnant with swollen feet flip flops are a god send. luckily for me i'm still able to fit into my regular jeans and pants with the help of an extra strength elastic band holding the button shut but i decided it was about time i started moving onto comfy pants. during my first pregnancy i bought my first pair of lulu lemon yoga pants and stocked up on stretchy pants from the local aritzia. when i was pregnant the second time i picked up tons of leggings to wear with the empire waist tops that every young girl was wearing at the time and a couple of juicy sweats. this time around i've been able to get into my 6th month without giving up my jeans yet but i've decided that this pregnancy will be devoted to flowy earth mother dresses and more yoga pants.

i went to lulu lemon on ste catherine's and another one on st denis and picked up four pairs. black with a tripped out purple band, black with a white band, pinstriped capris and olive green capris. i would take pictures since blogs without pictures suck but my camera has gone missing.

i'm so incredibly exhausted right now that i'll finish up with this blog later when i'm less boring.
